Review: I really loved this holographic party decoration! The colors are gorgeous when the light hits it and it added the perfect amount of sparkle to our mermaid party. It was easy to hang and looked really pretty with the balloons and other decorations. It also photographed beautifully. Great quality for the price and I would definitely recommend it for a birthday or under-the-sea themed party!
